152 mm ShKH type 77 DANA A wheeled self-propelled howitzer on a Tatra 815 8x8 chassis. With its 152mm howitzer it provided fire support. It is able to destroy a wide range of targets at quite long distance. The crew consists of 5 members: a commander, a driver, a pointer, a loader and a timer. Dana (Automatically Loaded Vehicle Gun)
Development was completed in the second half of the 1970s in the Konštrukta Defence a.s. Trenčín company. Serial production began in 1979 at ZTS Dubnica nad Váhom and almost 700 vehicles left the factory before 1989.
